VR Producer, Remote (UK), Learning/Training in VR

We’re looking for a creative, delivery-focused Producer to join our London-based VR platform company on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of custom VR projects, including creative solutioning, specification, delivery and working directly with the customer. You’ll be working with local and distributed 3D artists, Unity game engine and platform developers and UX to deliver cutting edge VR experiences against time and budget. We’re an Agile company, so you’ll be the Product Owner and will need to create backlogs, use cases and stories, managing these through the development process. You’ll be responsible for customer communication throughout the project, supporting POCs and pilots and ensuring successful final business implementation. We pride ourselves on delighting customers and will expect you to do the same.

Core requirements

? You must have experience in the processes outlined above and be able to point to clear examples of successful projects and happy clients. We will expect to see examples of this at the interview.

? You must have a balance of creativity and delivery. It’s essential you have a track record in delivering on time and budget, but you must also be bold in your ideation, conceptualisation and solutioning. Examples of this type of work may be requested at interview.

? Experience in delivering VR projects, ideally real-time 3D/Unity

? We think you probably have a digital agency background, but it’s not essential

? Understanding and experience of Agile methodology is essential

We are a VR technology company based in central London. Our industry-leading, proprietary platform enables enterprise customers to create, distribute and track amazing VR training experiences - and the demand is growing quickly. We work with some of the world’s best companies, including Shell, Facebook, BP, DHL, Accenture and some very big names we’re not allowed to mention. We power virtual submarines, oil refineries, medical rooms, rugby pitches, aircraft hangars and much more. Given the current circumstances, we’re currently working entirely remotely - a situation that is being reviewed on a regular basis. However, we are growing rapidly this year, so if you want to be part of something exciting then we’d love to hear from you.
