Marketing and Community Manager


Our client is looking for a full-time Marketing and Community Manager.

As Marketing and Community Manager, you will create and lead the community strategy to create brand awareness and build trust in the community. You will be responsible for setting the communications strategy and managing our online presence spanning multiple channels (chat rooms, blog, etc).

What You'll Do:

  • Drive community strategy, development, growth, and engagement
  • Develop and measure metrics for community engagement
  • Manage communication channels, including live chat, blog posts, and social media
  • Organize meetups, webinars, and other community and builder-focused events
  • Establish relationships with KOLs, PR agencies, marketing agencies etc. 
  • Create unique pieces of content (blog, community, video) to increase brand mentions and social media engagement
  • Assist third-party teams with marketing and publicity

Requirements:

  • Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset towards marketing, with familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, events 
  • Native or fluent language ability in English
  • 2-4+ years Social Media Management
  • Discord Communication
  • Twitter and Instagram Promotion
  • Excellent communication skills, primarily written

  • Experience in Crypto and Blockchain
  • Prior experience at an Accelerator or VC
